RETURNS AND REFUNDS
How It Works
If you are unhappy with your purchase made on our website - simply return it to us in its original condition, with proof of your purchase receipt within 14 days and we will issue you a refund.
All sale items are non - returnable.
Please allow up to 5 working days to process refunds from the date of delivery to us. Refunds can take 3-5 working days to show in your account once processed.
Unfortunately we do not offer free returns, or refunds for postage paid at this stage. We advise to send parcels back with a signed/tracked service. Please always keep proof of postage until you receive your refund, otherwise this will alter your rights to a refund.
Please take extra care when trying on your purchases, as any self made marks (such as make-up, tan, lotions, perfumes etc) may change your entitlement to a refund.

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
